Description
This recipe is simple and quick. Once the cutlets are cooked, there will be fat left in the pan, which is perfect for cooking the cauliflower. The spicy cutlets with cheese are balanced by slightly under-salted and a bit crispy cauliflower (do not cook it to mush, but rather leave it slightly firm, preparing it al dente). Serve with tomatoes and pickles, which will complement the dish. Enjoy your meal!
