Description
I use ready-made ground meat since I don't have a meat grinder. You can take chicken breast and grind it together with onion.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- French Baguette - 2.1 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - ½ heads
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Milk - ½ glasses
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the crustless bread pieces in milk.
Step 2
Add an egg, processed cheese (such as "Druzhba," "Yantar," etc.), finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, soaked bread, and grated butter to the meat mixture. Mix well. (You can also add garlic and/or herbs to taste.)
Step 3
Fry in sunflower oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Then, place all the patties in the skillet, add a bit of water, and simmer covered for 5 minutes.
