  • White bread - 1.8 oz
  • Poultry - 7.1 oz
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Cream - 1 fl oz
  • Onion - 3.5 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.4 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pass the prepared chicken meat through a meat grinder.

Step 2

Soak the white bread in water.

Step 3

Peel and chop the onion.

Step 4

Mix the chicken mince with the onion and bread. Add salt and pepper.

Step 5

Shape the cutlets and place them in the bottom of a shallow microwave-safe dish, pour over the cream, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with butter, and bake for about 8 minutes at 900 watts.
