Chicken cutlets with fresh mushrooms
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Onion - to taste
- Fresh Mushrooms - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Potato protein - 1 tablespoon
- Dill - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces.
Step 2
Dice the mushrooms. If you decide to add onion, finely chop a small onion. The volume of mushrooms should be 2/3 of the volume of the meat (they reduce significantly in size when cooked).
Step 3
Add the eggs, dill, starch, sour cream, minced garlic clove, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Mix everything and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Scoop the mixture with a tablespoon and fry briefly on both sides under a lid.
