  • Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
  • 10% cream - 0 fl oz
  • Mini vegetables - 5.3 oz
  • Rosemary - 1 sprig
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Butter - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Chop all ingredients into small cubes. Add the egg, flour, and cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything quickly, incorporating air. Place on a hot skillet. After 7 minutes, the cutlets are ready.

Step 2

Fry the boiled mini potatoes in butter with garlic, rosemary, and salt and pepper.
