Ingredients
- Poultry - 21.2 oz
- White bread - 4.2 oz
- Milk - 6 fl oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 2.1 oz
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Margarine - 2.1 oz
- Breadcrumbs - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken meat, dry it, and cut it into pieces.
Step 2
Mix with the white bread soaked in milk and slightly squeezed.
Step 3
Add salt and pepper, pass through a meat grinder twice, and mix well.
Step 4
Prepare the filling. Clean and wash the mushrooms.
Step 5
Finely chop them.
Step 6
Place in a pot, add a little liquid, and simmer over medium heat.
Step 7
After 15–20 minutes, add salt, add sour cream, and simmer until cooked.
Step 8
Cool the prepared filling.
Step 9
Shape the chicken mince into patties, place the filling in the center of each patty, seal the edges, and shape into cutlets.
Step 10
Coat the prepared cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry in a heated mixture of butter and margarine.
