Chicken cutlets with pineapple and cheese

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 2 lbs
  • Canned Pineapple Chunks - 1 can
  • Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the fillet, cut into thin slices, lightly pound, season with salt, and sprinkle with ground black pepper.

Step 2

Beat the eggs slightly.

Step 3

Dip the cutlets in the egg and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until cooked through.

Step 4

After flipping to the second side, cover with a lid.

Step 5

Place a ring or half-ring of pineapple on each cutlet, depending on the size of the cutlet.

Step 6

Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Step 7

Put in a well-heated oven until the cheese melts.

Step 8

Serve immediately.
