Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
  • Courgette - 7.1 oz
  • White bread - 2 slices
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes about 0.5 cm.

Step 2

Peel the zucchini and grate it on a medium grater. Squeeze out excess moisture.

Step 3

In a blender, turn the dried bread slices into crumbs.

Step 4

Lightly beat the egg with a fork.

Step 5

Combine all the ingredients, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 6

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet. Form small cutlets from the mixture and place them in the skillet.

Step 7

Fry on high heat on both sides until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).

Step 8

Reduce the heat and cover the cutlets for an additional 3 minutes.
