- Courgette - 7.1 oz
- White bread - 2 slices
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes about 0.5 cm.

Peel the zucchini and grate it on a medium grater. Squeeze out excess moisture.
