Ingredients
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Morels - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Safflower Oil - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ground chicken, adding half of the finely chopped onion.
Step 2
Grate the zucchini.
Step 3
Add 1 chicken egg to the mixture.
Step 4
Add pepper to taste.
Step 5
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Step 6
Finely chop the remaining half of the onion.
Step 7
Wash the mushrooms, dry them, and slice them.
Step 8
Melt the butter in a well-heated frying pan.
Step 9
Add the onion and sauté until translucent.
Step 10
Add the mushrooms to the onion and cook until done. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Blend the mushrooms and onion mixture in a blender.

Add the mushroom mixture to the ground chicken.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of flour.

Form cutlets from the mixture and coat them in flour.

Pour sunflower oil into a well-heated frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides until cooked through.
