Ingredients
- Chicken Drumstick - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Grated Ginger Root - ½ teaspoon
- Paprika - ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the drumstick and bring it to room temperature by leaving it out of the refrigerator for a while.
Step 2
Pour 1 tablespoon of oil over the drumstick.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Add ginger.
Step 5
Add paprika and ground chili.
Step 6
Add pepper.
Step 7
Crush the garlic using a press and thoroughly coat the drumstick with the marinade on all sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet.
Step 9
Place the chicken in the skillet and fry for 3–4 minutes over high heat.
Step 10
Flip and fry for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 11
Flip again, reduce the heat, and fry for about 12–15 minutes, turning every 3–4 minutes.
Step 12
Transfer to a plate and serve.
