- Chicken Drumstick - 4 pieces
- Puff Pastry - 14.1 oz
- Korean-style Carrots - 3.5 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 1.6 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
- Cheese Braid - 1 piece
- Spices - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper, coat them in chicken spices, spread mayonnaise over them, and fry in well-heated oil until golden brown. Add a little water, cover with a lid, and simmer until cooked through. Place on a plate and let cool.
Step 2
Thaw the puff pastry in advance and divide it into 4 squares. If the pastry is thick, roll it out slightly. Place a drumstick on each square, add a handful of Korean carrots and 1 teaspoon of green peas. Raise the edges of the pastry to form a pouch with the bone sticking out. Tie it with a cheese braid.
