Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 6 pieces
- Melted Cheese - 8.8 oz
- Courgette - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut 6 pieces of foil, each 25 centimeters long. Grease with oil and set aside.
Step 2
Make several cuts in each chicken breast and stuff with pieces of mozzarella.
Step 3
Divide the zucchini, chopped basil leaves, and tomatoes among the pieces of foil and sprinkle with pepper to taste.
Step 4
Place the chicken on top and tightly wrap the envelope. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 30 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
