Description

- Porcini Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 6 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Walnuts - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet and cut it into cubes. Finely chop the eggs.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms and onion in a pan. You can simply blanch the onion in boiling water and slice it into rings.
Step 3
Combine the fillet with the mushrooms and eggs. Chop the walnuts, but not too finely — they should serve as islands. Add salt to taste, dress with mayonnaise, and mix.
