Description

You can substitute porcini mushrooms with button mushrooms. This dish can also be enhanced by adding a small amount of garlic.

Ingredients

  • Porcini Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
  • Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 6 pieces
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
  • Walnuts - 1.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken fillet and cut it into cubes. Finely chop the eggs.

Step 2

Sauté the mushrooms and onion in a pan. You can simply blanch the onion in boiling water and slice it into rings.

Step 3

Combine the fillet with the mushrooms and eggs. Chop the walnuts, but not too finely — they should serve as islands. Add salt to taste, dress with mayonnaise, and mix.
