Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Apple - 1 piece
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices - to taste
- Turmeric - to taste
- Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet and peeled apples into evenly sized pieces.
Step 3
Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, add the onion and fillet.
Step 4
Sauté over low heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Don't forget to stir. Once the fillet is browned, add the apples and sauté for another 3 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, prepare the milk dressing for the chicken fillet. Grate the garlic and tomato, add milk, sour cream, spices, and salt, and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Place the chicken fillet with apples and onions in a baking dish.
Step 7
Pour the milk mixture on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes. Our chicken fillet with apples is ready!
