Chicken fillet baked with lemons

Ingredients

  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Chicken fillet - 21.2 oz
  • Minced garlic - 2 cloves
  • Dried Rosemary - ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash and dry the fillet. Cut it into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Cut the lemons into pieces about 2-3 cm (fairly small).

Step 3

Mix the lemons with the fillet and place them in the dish where you will cook.

Step 4

Put it in the oven preheated to 392°F for 30-35 minutes.

Step 5

It is best served with pasta or potatoes, dressed with olive oil and sprinkled with dill.
