Description

I used small balls of mozzarella, they are delicious and melt perfectly, but you can also take a large ball of mozzarella and simply slice it. I used regular cheese, cheddar is also tasty because it adds a bold flavor. It's better to use flavorful tomatoes; I would recommend cherry or, as I used, cocktail tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 21.2 oz
  • Canned Pineapple Chunks - 7.1 oz
  • Cherry Tomato Confit - 7.1 oz
  • Melted Cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Hard Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Soy Sauce - to taste
  • Sour Cream - to taste
  • Butter - to taste
  • Pasta (corkscrew) - 10.6 oz
  • Spices - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Step 2

Slice the chicken fillet into thin pieces, add spices, salt, and paprika if desired. Grease a baking dish with butter, place the chicken fillet in it, and drizzle with soy sauce.

Step 3

Top the fillet with mozzarella.

Step 4

Next, place rings of canned pineapple on top.

Step 5

Spread a small amount of sour cream over everything.

Step 6

Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the fillet, then add the cocktail tomatoes on top.

Step 7

As a side dish, boil the pasta and add butter to taste.

Step 8

Bake the chicken until it has an appetizing cheesy crust on top.
