Ingredients

  • Bacon - 1.8 oz
  • Chicken fillet - 5.6 oz
  • Tomatoes - 2.1 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
  • Cheese Spread - 1.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 0.5 oz
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pound the chicken fillet, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with mayonnaise, and marinate for 10–15 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the bacon into thin slices. Blanch the tomato: dip it in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove the skin, cut it in half, and slice it into half-rings.

Step 3

Coat the chicken fillet in flour, place it in a hot skillet with vegetable oil, and fry until golden brown (about 5 minutes).

Step 4

Meanwhile, fry the bacon in vegetable oil for 3–5 minutes.

Step 5

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add finely chopped herbs, the mayonnaise used for marinating the chicken, and mix well.

Step 6

Place the chicken fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, top with bacon and tomatoes, and then spread the cheese mixture over everything.

Step 7

Bake in the oven for about 15–20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.
