- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 0.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the fillet into small pieces, or you can blend it in a blender.
Step 2
Peel the onion and chop it finely. Add the onion to the fillet.
Step 3
Pass the peeled garlic cloves through a press and add them to the fillets.
Step 4
Crack two eggs into the mixture, season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise and flour. Mix everything well.
