Description
You can add spices and seasonings to your taste if you wish; I think it will be even more delicious.
Ingredients
- Onion - 1 head
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- 1% Kefir - 8 fl oz
- Natural Yogurt - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the onion and grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Add olive oil to the multicooker bowl, add the onion and carrot, and sauté for a couple of minutes until the onion becomes translucent. I did this on the 'Small Volume' setting, but you can use 'Baking'.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and add it to the carrots. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the kefir and yogurt and set the multicooker to the 'Stewing' mode for about 30 minutes.
Step 4
At the end, you can add garlic through a garlic press.
