- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Light Beer - 10 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 cups
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Mix 1.5 cups of flour, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Add the beer and stir until smooth.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a saucepan (about 10 cm deep).
Step 4
Cut the chicken fillet into strips.
Step 5
Pour 1 cup of flour onto a flat plate.
Step 6
Dredge the chicken in flour, then dip it in the beer batter.
Step 7
Fry in batches in hot oil for 3–4 minutes.
Step 8
Place the cooked nuggets on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
