- Chicken fillet - 21.2 oz
- Donut Peaches - 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Leek - 1 stalk
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Step 2
Slice the chicken breast fillet lengthwise and pound it into thin slices, like for schnitzel. Season the fillet with salt and pepper, and place it on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Peel the peach, remove the pit, and slice it. Arrange the slices on top of the fillet. Sprinkle with rings of leek.
Step 4
Pour cream over the dish. Cover the dish with foil and place it in a preheated oven at 392°F for 40 minutes. Then remove the foil, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese, and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes.
