Description
We get a healthy pizza – one slice contains approximately 160 calories (regular pizza – 330-350 calories), and it is rich in protein and minerals. This pizza can be enjoyed every day without the fear of gaining weight.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Canned Truffles - 7.1 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 2 spoons
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend 500 g of raw chicken breast and 1 egg until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish (it’s best to line the bottom with parchment paper).
Step 2
Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the crust is lightly baked.
Step 3
Spread tomato paste on the chicken base, then layer the filling: sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, mushrooms, and grated cheese.
Step 4
Add all the necessary seasonings (I used dried dill, dried parsley, a bit of salt, and herbes de Provence).
Step 5
Bake at 356°F for 15 minutes.
