Chicken Fillet Roll in Puff Pastry
Ingredients
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Chicken fillet - 3 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Mustard Greens - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Whole egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the soft cheese in a deep plate.
Step 2
Press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 3
Finely chop the washed parsley.
Step 4
Mix until smooth.
Step 5
Cut the fillet lengthwise, leaving 0.5 cm to the edge, and unfold into two parts.

Pound well.

In a separate bowl, mix paprika, pepper, salt, and dried garlic.

Add coriander and mustard seeds. Mix all the spices.

Thaw the puff pastry.

Cut the cheese into three long sticks.

Season the fillet on both sides.

Spread the soft cheese over the fillet, leaving 1 cm from the edge.

Place a stick of cheese in the center.
