- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Potato - 21.2 oz
- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces (about 1.5 cm), marinate in mayonnaise with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice, and let it sit in the marinade for 30–40 minutes.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings, grate the carrot using a coarse grater, slice the potato into rounds, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with oil. Place the chicken at the bottom. Layer the onions on top of the chicken, followed by the carrots, and then the potatoes. Season with salt, spread mayonnaise over the top, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes at 356°F.
