- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Dried parsnip - 0.4 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Dried Dill Stems - 0.4 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and pound them with a meat mallet. Season with salt on both sides.
Step 2
For the sauce, mix the sour cream with parsley, dill, and add garlic. Season with salt.
Step 3
Pre-slice the tomatoes into thin pieces.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Dip the pieces of pounded fillet into the sauce, place the tomato and cheese on top.
