- Celery salt - 3.5 oz
- Ground Nutmeg - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Curry - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with a paper towel. If necessary, cut into pieces.

Mix curry (turmeric), salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 3
Wash the celery leaves.
Step 4
In a baking bag, place half of the celery leaves, then the fillet, then the remaining leaves, and sprinkle with the mixed spices.
Step 5
Add lemon wedges and shake to mix the spices with the fillet.
