- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Cream 22% - 17 fl oz
- Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
- Curry - 0.2 oz
- Chicken Seasoning - 0.2 oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
- Italian chopped parsley - 0.2 oz
- Dill - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet and champignons into small pieces, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Marinate the chicken fillet and champignons. Add mayonnaise, curry seasoning, chicken seasoning, and Italian herbs to the chicken fillet, mix well, and close the container. Also marinate the champignons in mayonnaise, curry, and Italian herbs. Place the containers in the refrigerator for 20–25 minutes.
Step 3
In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil and sauté the mushrooms until golden brown. After that, place the mushrooms on a plate and set aside.

In the same skillet, heat vegetable oil again and add the fillet. Sauté the fillet over high heat for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown. Add the mushrooms to the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Step 5
Add the cream, mix well, and reduce the heat to medium. When the sauce comes to a boil and thickens slightly, add the grated cheese and mix thoroughly. Once the cheese melts and the sauce becomes homogeneous, remove the skillet from the heat and add the chopped dill, mixing well. Let it sit for 10 minutes. The dill adds a more refined flavor.
