Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 lbs
- Sour Cream - 2 teaspoons
- Cream - 3 fl oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet and dry it with a paper towel.
Step 2
Cut into medium pieces.
Step 3
Peel the carrot and chop it into small cubes.
Step 4
Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and heat it well.
Step 5
Place the pieces of chicken fillet in the frying pan and fry for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spatula, until the juices evaporate.
Step 6
Add the chopped carrot to the fillet, mix well, and fry for a couple more minutes.
Step 7
Then add salt.
Step 8
Add 2 teaspoons of sour cream.
Step 9
Sprinkle in the turmeric.
Step 10
Pour in the cream and reduce the heat.
Step 11
Add ground black pepper to taste. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 7–10 minutes until cooked through.
Step 12
The finished dish can be garnished with any herbs and served as a standalone dish or with a side. Enjoy your meal!
