Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 4 pieces
- Bacon - 10.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 6 pieces
- Garlic - 1 head
- Chicken Seasoning - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the chicken fillet and remove excess moisture.
Step 2
Peel the garlic (leave 3 cloves whole) and cut them lengthwise.
Step 3
Sprinkle the fillet with seasoning and salt.
Step 4
Make several cuts in the fillet with a sharp knife.
Step 5
Stuff the fillet with garlic.
Step 6
Wrap each piece with 1–2 strips of bacon, completely covering the fillet.
Step 7
Peel, rinse, and cut the potatoes into large wedges.
Step 8
Place in a bowl, add mayonnaise, pepper, and salt, and mix well.
Step 9
Pass the remaining garlic through a press and add it to the potatoes. Mix well.
Step 10
In a baking dish, place the fillet in the center and the potatoes around it.
Step 11
Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 356°F. Bake for 40–50 minutes. Remove the foil 10 minutes before the end to brown the bacon.
Step 12
Finely chop the herbs.
Step 13
Before serving, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
