Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dry adjika - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire Sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 17.6 oz
- Cornish Hen - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the oil into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add the dry adjika.
Step 3
Squeeze the lemon juice.
Step 4
Add the Worcestershire sauce.
Step 5
Add the Dijon mustard.
Step 6
Add the ground ginger and chili. Mix well.
Step 7
Pour the salt into a baking dish.
Step 8
Place the chicken, coated on all sides with the prepared sauce, on top of the salt.
Step 9
Send it to a preheated oven at 356°F for 20–25 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken).
Step 10
Let it cool slightly and serve.
