- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 5.3 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 0.7 oz
- Green peppercorns - 0.1 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 7.1 oz
- Ham - 0.4 oz
- Minced garlic - 0.2 oz
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Potato protein - 0.1 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Fresh Mint - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, coat it in cocoa, and fry in butter for 7–8 minutes.

Bake the potatoes, peel them, and season with butter, minced garlic, chili pepper, and thin slices of ham.
Step 3
For the sauce, zest the orange and squeeze out the juice. Blanch the zest three times to remove bitterness. Combine the juice with the zest and sugar, bring to a boil, and thicken with starch dissolved in cold water 1:1.

Serving: Pour the orange sauce onto a plate, place the sliced cooked chicken breast on top, garnish with potatoes, and decorate with a sprig of mint and toasted chili pepper.
