Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 7.1 oz
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Long-Grain Rice - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In one and a half liters of water, cook the rice until al dente, then rinse it with cold water.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and sauté in olive oil, then set aside.
Step 3
Dice the bell pepper and zucchini into small cubes, and sauté in olive oil until cooked through.
Step 4
In a large skillet or wok, pour in 4 tablespoons of olive oil, add the rice, and stir-fry over high heat for 7 minutes. Then add the chicken and vegetables, pour in soy sauce, add pepper, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
You can garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve with arugula and cherry tomatoes.
