  • Chicken gizzards - 14.1 oz
  • Chicken hearts - 14.1 oz
  • Spices - to taste
  • Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Thaw the gizzards and hearts, rinse, clean, and cut into pieces if desired.

Step 2

Grate the carrot and chop the onion as you like.

Step 3

Place the carrot and onion in the multicooker bowl, then add the gizzards and hearts.

Step 4

Add sour cream, salt, pepper, and spices.

Step 5

Set the 'Stewing' mode for one and a half hours.

Step 6

After about 30 minutes, open and add the flour, stirring to thicken the sauce.

Step 7

Close the lid and cook until the end of the mode.
