  • Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
  • Herbs - 1 bunch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 6 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the gizzards well, clean them, and cut into medium pieces. Fry in vegetable oil, adding hot water if necessary.

Step 2

When the gizzards are ready, add the carrot, onion, tomatoes, and pepper, and sauté.

Step 3

Add sour cream diluted with hot water, sprinkle with herbs, and season with salt.

Step 4
