Ingredients
- Chicken gizzards - 2 lbs
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Broccoli - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Marjoram - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the gizzards, clean them thoroughly, and dry them on a paper towel. Lightly salt, then fry the gizzards in vegetable oil. After that, add a little water and stew covered for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the carrot and onion, finely chop them, and add to the pan with the gizzards. Stew for about 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the zucchini into small pieces and add to the stewed mixture. Season with salt and pepper, and stew until cooked through.
Step 4
A few minutes before it's done, add marjoram and finely chopped garlic.
Step 5
Boil the broccoli separately and combine it with the stewed mixture before serving.
