Ingredients
- Chicken hearts - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Narshehab sauce - 3 fl oz
- Shallot - 1.8 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Mixed salad greens - 3.5 oz
- Fresh Berries - 0.7 oz
- Serviceberries - 0.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Sauté the onion until translucent, then add the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 5
Add the hearts to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
At the end, when the hearts are ready, add the narsharab and mix. Keep on the lowest heat while preparing the salad.
Step 7
Place the salad greens on a serving plate.
Step 8
Cut the tomatoes into pieces the size of the hearts and add them to the plate with the salad greens.

Add the warm hearts to the plate and drizzle everything with balsamic vinegar.
Step 10
Serve the heart salad garnished with fresh berries.
