Ingredients
- Chicken hearts - 2 lbs
- Onion - 2 heads
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Pickles - 2 pieces
- Light Beer - 8 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Potato - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the hearts and quickly sauté them in a dry skillet. Then add 1 tablespoon of oil and lightly brown.
Step 2
Cut the carrots and pickles into strips, and the onion into thin rings. Add the vegetables to the hearts, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Pour hot beer into the stew mixture.
Step 4
Slice the potatoes into rounds and add them to the stew mixture. Add the bay leaf, garlic, soy sauce, and simmer covered for another 40 minutes.
