Ingredients
- Chicken hearts - 26.5 oz
- Shallot - 3 pieces
- Curry - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 0.9 oz
- Chicken Broth - 1 cup
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the hearts by making incisions on one side and separating the vessels.
Step 2
Pour olive oil into a preheated skillet.
Step 3
Add the hearts.
Step 4
Cover with a lid and cook until all the juice evaporates over medium heat.
Step 5
When the hearts begin to brown, add the sliced shallots.
Step 6
When the shallots become translucent, add the curry and, stirring vigorously, brown the hearts for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Add 1 tablespoon of flour and mix.
Step 8
Pour in the broth, stir, and cook until the sauce becomes thick and homogeneous, stirring occasionally. This will take about 5 minutes.
Step 9
Serve with vegetable biryani, bulgur, or plain steamed rice.
