Description
The perfect side dish for this meal is buckwheat porridge; spaghetti also pairs well.
Ingredients
- Chicken hearts - 28.2 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Natural Yogurt - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Safflower Oil - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat a skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil and sauté the onion until soft.
Step 2
Add the rinsed and cleaned hearts to the onion. Fry, stirring, over high heat for about 5 minutes until a lot of liquid is released. Then, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for about half an hour until the liquid has reduced by half.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper. Add the processed cheese and stir until the cheese and hearts form a homogeneous mass. The cheese should be soft and in a cup without any additives.
Step 4
For the dressing, mix the yogurt with chopped parsley and pressed garlic. Add to the skillet and simmer for about 5 minutes.
