Chicken hearts stewed in cream

Ingredients

  • Cream 22% - 7.1 oz
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Green peppercorns - 3 pieces
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Chicken hearts - 24.7 oz
  • Spanish onions - 4 heads

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rinse the hearts, remove any excess membranes, and place them in a frying pan. Then add bay leaves, pepper, and onion.

Step 2

Sauté for 10-15 minutes, then add a cup of warm boiled water (preferably meat broth) and simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Pour in the cream and simmer for another 15 minutes. You can serve mashed potatoes as a side dish.
