Ingredients
- Chicken hearts - 24.7 oz
- Spinach - 1 bunch
- Morels - 8 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Cream - 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken hearts and cut them lengthwise.
Step 2
In a pot of water, add a teaspoon of salt and boil the hearts for 30 minutes until cooked. Drain in a colander, reserving the broth.
Step 3
Rinse the mushrooms and slice them.
Step 4
Chop the onion.
Step 5
Sauté in a well-heated pan with oil until translucent.
Step 6
Add the mushrooms to the onion. Simmer until cooked.
Step 7
Add the rinsed spinach and chicken hearts to the pan and simmer until the juice from the leaves evaporates.
Step 8
Stir in the flour.
Step 9
Carefully pour in the cream over low heat, add paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 10
If the sauce is thick enough, add a little of the reserved broth.
