Description

- Chicken fillet - 21.2 oz
- Cream 22% - 16.9 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Nutmeg - to taste
- Curry - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh basil leaves - a pinch
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes about 1–1.5 cm. Sauté in olive oil over medium heat, adding salt and spices, and stir.
Step 2
When the liquid is released, add the onion, increase the heat, and stir constantly until the chicken starts to develop a golden crust.
Step 3
Pour in the cream, reduce the heat to low. Stir to prevent the cream from curdling and add the grated cheese. Let it sit for a couple of minutes and then turn off the heat.
