Ingredients
- Poultry - 2 lbs
- Mayonnaise - 5 teaspoons
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 4 spoons
- Potato - 10 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Fresh Mushrooms - 10 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the sauce, mix olive mayonnaise, grated garlic, grated cheese, honey, lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper.
Step 2
Rub the chicken and potatoes with the sauce.
Step 3
Slice the mushrooms.
Step 4
