Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
  • Oranges - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Cream - 8.8 oz
  • Dry White Wine - ½ glasses
  • Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Dijon Mustard - 2 spoons
  • Sliced Processed Cheese - 8.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the oranges and squeeze their juice. Grate the zest of the same oranges using a fine grater and add it to the juice. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, salt, mustard, and wine. Mix everything well. This is the marinade.

Step 2

Cut the chicken into small pieces and place it in the marinade. Let it sit for half an hour. Sear the marinated chicken in hot oil until it is nearly cooked through.

Step 3

While the chicken is cooking, pour the cream into a small saucepan over the lowest heat and add the processed cheese. Stir until smooth, then pour it over the chicken and immediately squeeze in a clove of garlic. Simmer for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice as a side dish.
