Ingredients
- Poultry - 2 lbs
- Fresh Mushrooms - 10 pieces
- Cream - 23 fl oz
- Red Grape Juice - 5 fl oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté small pieces of chicken in butter for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 2
Sauté finely chopped onions and coarsely chopped mushrooms in butter, add wine and spices, and simmer for 5–8 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the mixture over the chicken, add 500 ml of cream, and simmer on high heat for 40 minutes. Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving plate.
Step 4
Blend the remaining sauce well in a blender, pour it back into the pot, add 200 ml of cream, bring to a boil, and cook for another 5–8 minutes.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
