Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 1 can
- Cream 22% - 7 fl oz
- Curry - 2 spoons
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Sauté with finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until the meat turns white. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Gradually pour in the cream, stirring continuously to avoid lumps, and add the curry. Mix thoroughly until you achieve a smooth sauce, and simmer for 20–30 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the pineapple and add it to the chicken. Sauté for another 5 minutes. It's best to serve rice as a side dish.
