Ingredients
- Milk - 1 cup
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 28.2 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Onion - 1 head
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 1 tablespoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- White Pepper (whole) - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into cubes about 3 cm on each side. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the onion. Add the chicken and fry until golden brown. Add the garlic and sauté briefly.
Step 3
Pour the milk into the skillet, sift in the flour, add spices (Provençal herbs or oregano work well), and cheese. Mix well. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the lid and reduce the sauce until thick.
