- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 14.1 oz
- 10% cream - 8 fl oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast (boneless and skinless) into small cubes, about three centimeters in size, and marinate in soy sauce for 10 minutes. Slice the champignon mushrooms into strips.
Step 2
Heat some vegetable oil in a skillet, add the marinated chicken, and lightly fry. Pour in the cream, add the sliced mushrooms, bring to a boil, and simmer for a couple of minutes in the resulting sauce. Then add soy sauce to taste.
