Ingredients
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Crackers - 6 pieces
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Parsley - 4 stems
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the garlic and zest the lemon. In a food processor, combine the buttery crackers, butter, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and add a bit of salt and pepper. Then, grind everything into fine crumbs and pour them onto a plate. In another plate, place the flour. In a small bowl, crack the egg and beat it with a fork.
Step 2
Make small cuts on the inside of the chicken breasts, then pound the breasts well using a meat mallet, wrapping them in plastic wrap beforehand.
Step 3
Carefully coat the breasts in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the garlic and cracker mixture.
Step 4
Fry the breasts in hot olive oil until golden brown.
