Description

You can choose spices for the chicken marinade according to your taste; spices pair wonderfully with honey. The juice that results is incredibly delicious — I recommend drizzling it over the pieces of chicken.

Ingredients

  • Poultry - 1 piece
  • Honey - 3 spoons
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Rosemary - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Toasted Sesame - 1 tablespoon
  • Curry - 1 tablespoon
  • Apple - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash and clean the chicken.

Step 2

In a mortar or bowl, crush the sesame seeds, rosemary, sea salt, and spices, then slice the apple into wedges.

Step 3

Mix the honey and butter together, then combine with the spices.

Step 4

Rub the chicken with half of the sauce and let it marinate for 40 to 60 minutes.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 392°F and prepare a baking tray by greasing it with oil.

Step 6

After the required time has passed, rub the chicken with the remaining sauce and place it in the prepared baking dish. Stuff the chicken with the apples and place it on the middle rack of the oven for 40–55 minutes (depending on your oven).

Step 7

Check for doneness by piercing the chicken with a skewer. If the top starts to brown, cover the chicken with foil.
